After countless blooming summers in the area and the decision to retire, it quickly became clear: leaving the nursery doesn't mean the end of our passion. Quite the opposite – with hortensien-garten.de, we're creating a new home for all our knowledge, experience, and your questions.

We are the team at Hortensienwelt Ullmann and, as part of the Ullmann family, we have run the Ullmann nursery with passion for generations – with a special focus on the queen of flowers: the hydrangea .

What drives us

• We love hydrangeas. Whether it's bigleaf hydrangeas, panicle hydrangeas, snowball hydrangeas, or double-flowering hydrangeas (Hydrangea 'Double Flower Sensation') – we know every variety from years of our own comparative cultivation.
• We share our knowledge. Unfortunately, many gardening guides remain superficial due to a lack of personal experience. Our goal is to provide you with sound, easily understandable knowledge directly from practical experience – so that your hydrangeas not only grow, but also bloom and thrive.
